3. User Roles and Responsibilities
  • Manufacturers: Manage profiles, list and approve products, generate QR codes, and track orders.
  • Wholesalers: Source products from manufacturers, manage inventory, and track orders.
  • Retailers: Browse products, add them to the cart, and place orders.
  • Users must use their assigned roles responsibly and only for business networking within the specified category.
4. Business Connections
  • Zprofiles serves solely as a platform to connect business users within a defined business category.
  • We do not participate in transactions or guarantee business outcomes between users.
  • Users are responsible for verifying and maintaining their business relationships.
5. Subscriptions and Payments
  • Certain features require an active subscription.
  • Payments are securely processed through an Indian payment gateway, and refunds are subject to our policies.
6. QR Code Usage
  • QR codes generated within Zprofiles are exclusively for business-related products and networking.
  • Unauthorized duplication or misuse of QR codes is strictly prohibited.
7. Content Ownership
  • Users retain ownership of their uploaded content, including product details and business profiles.
  • By using the app, you grant Zprofiles the right to process and display your content for platform-related purposes.
8. Prohibited Activities
  • Users may not:
    • Use the platform for illegal, unethical, or unauthorized purposes.
