3. User Roles and Responsibilities

• Manufacturers: Manage profiles, add and approve products, generate QR codes, and track orders.

• Wholesalers: Source products from manufacturers, manage inventory, and track orders.

• Retailers: Browse products, add them to the cart, and place orders.

• Users must use the features and permissions assigned to their roles responsibly.

4. Subscriptions and Payments

• Certain features require an active subscription.

• Payments are processed securely through an Indian payment gateway, and refund policies apply as per our terms.

5. QR Code Usage

• QR codes generated within Zprofiles are exclusively for textile-related products.

• Unauthorized duplication or misuse of QR codes is strictly prohibited.

6. Content Ownership

• Users retain ownership of their uploaded content, such as product information.

• By using the app, you grant Zprofiles the right to process and display your content for app-related purposes.
